This reads your iPhone's device ID (UDID) so the app can be provisioned just for your phone. Open this on the iPhone itself.
You'll see "Profile Downloaded" → open Settings → Profile Downloaded → Install. It may say "Unverified" (that's normal for a self-hosted profile). Nothing is installed on your phone; it only reports the device ID back once.
